A few days ago, I had the opportunity to speak with Robyn Stegman, a presenter during the conference. At Innovate Live, Robyn spoke on the Guerilla Marketing for Innovators and Entrepreneurs panel. If you were interested in what she had to say and want to learn more, keep reading!
Why did you attend Innovate Live?
Robyn attended Innovate Live! because she loves Staunton, wanted to support what Meghan was doing, and wanted to see creative ideas happening in Staunton
What was your favorite thing that you participated in?
The Pitch Night! Robyn said it was “very cool to see such varied ideas.”
Did you meet anyone interesting or learn about any cool new projects?
Robyn thought the Traipse app (presented at the Pitch Night) sounded very interesting, as did the Pull app for freelancers. She really enjoyed all of the new connections and new ideas.
What was your biggest takeaway?
Robyn mentioned the amazing ideas, and the fact that Innovate Live! has the power to lift these ideas. She said that Staunton is definitely a small town, but Pitch Night still had everything. Innovation does happen in small places – the opportunities exist and the communities support one another.
What would you want others to take away?
She immediately mentioned the “many resources people could use.” In addition, Robyn hoped people would take away the spirit of collaboration, connection, and inspiration.
